Abandoned Building

This scene was created based on a reference provided to me by one of my teachers. It was created using a variety of tools including 3DS Max, Zbrush, Photoshop, and it is shown as it appears in the Unreal Tournament 3 Engine.
This particular piece was hand-picked for the class by my teacher so everyone had to create the same scene. I added my own personal flair to it by adding small details like the trash strewn about the scene as well as adding old-timey posters to the walls. My favorite part in working on this scene was probably detailing the doors, adding the knicks and scratches to really bring them to life.
In total it took around 24 hours to complete this scene, including modelling, unwrapping, zbrushing details, texturing, and setting up and lighting the scene. It is built up of 951 quads/1,888 tris.
